    i want to set this plugin so that when someone fills their e-mail in the subscription widget and clicks “Subscribe”, rather than being presented with this message (http://prntscr.com/175nom), and redirected to the homepage, instead the visitor is taken to a “Thank You” page so that i can better track conversions.

    i selected the thank you page under Settings>Appearance>”Set default Subscribe2 page as:” but that did not do the trick.

    please advise in advance.

  • @goldmember,

    You would need to use an ID parameter in the shortcode to accomplish this I think. I’m away from home at the moment so I’d need to check if this is a possibility in the shortcode.

    when i’m using the widget, there’s no place to enter any parameters because there’s no shortcode. here’s a screenshot: http://prntscr.com/17ei89

    that being said, what do i do?

    @goldmember,

    Where it says “Post form content to page” select a page rather than Home in the dropdown and click Save, then try again. Also, from the second screen shot it seems you are trying to use the AJAX form of the plugin in which case you should just display the widget as a link in the options of the widget.

    i’m not clear why i should change it to “show as link”? when i do, there’s simply an unsubscribe button: http://prntscr.com/17en9w

    please advise.

    @ goldmember,

    Click in that link and a jQuery UI modal box should be displayed i the centre of your webpage overlaid above the main content – AJAXified essentially.
