creating a two-column header

Hello. I am interested in creating a two-column header (I think this is how it would work). This is my website: http://www.jessicaquadra.com. I would like for my header (my logo in the center) to be left-justified and I would like my nav bar to be directly across from it and right-justified. Is creating a two-column header the solution? I don’t know how I’d go about doing this and would appreciate the help. This is more or less what I want it to look like:
