Thumbnails not actually thumbnails?

    It sounds like you want to see the whole image as a thumbnail.

    You can try unsetting the “Ignore the aspect ratio, no portrait thumbnails” in the Option under the Thumbnails tab.

    I don’t see a Thumbnails tab. where is it? Thank you!

    Click on ‘Gallery’ in the dashboard (usually on the left hand side)which will open its menu. Then click on ‘Options’ (again on the left) and you should see ‘Thumbnails’ near the top of the page between ‘General Options’ and ‘Images’.

    I’m using NextGEN version 1.9.3 – it may be different at other versions.
