how to modify the social profile link

how can i modify the social profile picture links returned by this plugin.
Right now it provide facebook profile image thumbnail as
http://graph.facebook.com/#######/picture?type=square
am trying to delete the type=square and then adding custom size like height=250&width=250
and for twitter
http://a0.twimg.com/profile_images/3#####7/8dd3da3837bfaf4c2a62e084dc7b85be_bigger.jpeg
am trying to delete the “_Bigger” from the link.
