can't login with www

i did wp-config changes and it worked but i can’t change anymore my url setting inside admin page.

That’s an expected by-product/behavior of the method you chose for the repair:

“This is not necessarily the best fix, it’s just hardcoding the values into the site itself. You won’t be able to edit them on the General settings page anymore when using this method.”

Perhaps trying one of the other methods for repairing the URL’s would help. Changing the URL directly in the database is usually pretty effective. Then you can deal with the www issue of it persists after fixing the URL’s.
