IE7 drop down menus on static home page

Hi,

I have a static home page set but the drop-down menus don’t appear on the home page in IE7, they do in all other browsers. In IE7, the drop-down menus work on all other pages except the static home page. I’m using front-page.php in my child theme directory which is the same as the main theme page.php with the title line removed.

In IE7 compare the menus from:
http://dev.arnpriorhumanesociety.ca/give-a-donation/wish-list/
and the home page:
http://dev.arnpriorhumanesociety.ca/

The theme designer doesn’t support IE7 so I was hoping someone here could give me a hint as I’ve been trying to figure this out for days now. I want to get it working for IE7 in case someone is still using it.
