prevent blog syndication

maybe a stupid question, but is there a way to prevent syndication of my entries? i’m trying to keep a pesky ex girlfriend out of my blog. i have banned her from my .com, but she has a feed syndication, so still get’s the entries. she’s not smart enough to use a proxy, so this should be the last thing to get her our of my blog.
