I’ve been using that plugin for a couple years now and haven’t had any mysterious posts appear on my sites. My guess is that someone/something is messing with your site. I would think that if you didn’t create the post that it would be safe to move to Trash. If nothing breaks on the site without it, Permanently Delete it.
I would also install a security plugin such as WP Better Security.
Thank’s Vitzkrieg, I’ve deleted the post and image. I haven’t heard of the security plugin yet, will try it out!
Do you know if there’s an option in NGGallery to automatically generate a post? (maybe i pressed something?)
Is it possible that the spam messages causes this problem?
Is there a way to get rid of the spam? I already unchecked the option to receive ping- and trackbacks..

I was viewing my site today and the following appeared:
I logged in to the admin panel, I scrolled through my post page list, than I found one strange post, I’ve never written this post, I’m for sure (no one else has access to my site).
The post features a nggallery shortcode [ singlepic id= ] , the post title is the same as the image file name.
I wonder how this could happen, how could this post just appear, out of the blue?
I’m running the nggallery plug-in on my site but I can’t find any options there to automatically create a post or something like that.
Since a few days I’m also receiving spam messages (this never happened before since I’m running my site). (My comment.php file is empty.) All the comments are placed at one specific page; the same page which contains the image I mention above.
Is this a coincidence or are these two problems related to eachother?
Please help me understand…
