   I've been testing 2 sites over the last week or so and logged on today to find this message:

   This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host's database server is down.

   * Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
   * Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
   * Are you sure that the database server is running?

   Seeing as they are both on separate domains, having been working fine for different lengths of time, and other domains on the server are working correctly, can anyone suggest what might be up here?

   Talk to your host -- maybe the database server is down or your host actually changed something (like moved the database server).

   Kinda funny that I got the same message this morning on one of my sites too. Do you use Dreamhost by chance?
