creating a homepage different from template

I’d like to change my homepage on this website: http://www.totllawnandlandscape.com/ to look like the homepage on this website: http://www.dbrians.com/

I still want the site to look like it does, but basically add a landing page that asks the user before they enter, which site it is they want to go to.

So basically I want to know if there’s an easy way to customize one page to become the home page, but still keep the rest of the wordpress site the same after you click on the option to visit that site. HELP!!
