Add JS files

Hi,

I should have added these three files to JS Management.

http://www.billigste-internet.dk/wp-content/themes/Thu/js/jquery.totemticker.js?ver=1.0
http://www.billigste-internet.dk/wp-content/themes/Thu/js/jquery.jcarousel.js?ver=2.0
http://www.billigste-internet.dk/wp-content/themes/Thu/js/jquery.akordeon.js?ver=1.0

But I’m not sure which template they belong. How do I find out? And what should I choose at Embed Location?
