Plugin is broken

Hello! I’m trying to use your plugin because it is exactly what I need. I inserted into http://www.nett.mx/test/ but there is nothing displayed. If you see the source code, you can find that the plugin is inserting
in wrong places so it breaks the html

I’m using the latest wp version

Could you help me plz?
