find all the usermeta values for a user when multisite

I am using $all_meta_for_user = get_user_meta($the_user_id); to get all the meta details for a user but there are some missing such as wp_6_user_level and primary_blog and source_domain as it is a multi site. How do I get hold of the missing ones?
