Ungrammatical use of the article "The" in license text

    Hi,

    Currently the license text looks like this:

    The (post title) by (author), unless otherwise expressly stated, is licensed under a (license).

    However the first word, i.e. the article “The” sounds ungrammatical. It could be even more awkward if the title itself begins with an article.

    Can we consider removing it, or use “The post” instead of a bare “The”?

    English is not my native language and I hadn’t noticed it sounded ungrammatical.

    I’m filing a bug report in order to investigate this further.

    Using ‘The post’ is a very “WordPress” way to say it.

    ‘The’ has been removed in 1.5.0.
