403 GET or Other Request Error Logged

I am getting many log entries reporting this error with the Host Name being the same top level domain (109.108.154.70.srvlist.ukfast.net). This is actually my web host server provider. And the IP address is my dedicated server IP address. SO WHY AM I SEEING THESE ERROR MESSAGE? There are quite few of these error message
