   Hi, I'm sorry to complain about this, but I have a problem. When I try to go to the ..../wp-admin/install.php, server return the folowing message:

   "Fatal error: Call to undefined function __() in /home/wwwparap/public_html/blog/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 3"

   What can I do to solve this problem?

   I solved it with re-uploading the files with ASCII transfer mode turned on. Sorry for inconvenience...
