Not Working

Hi, I installed and activated the plugin but it’s not rejecting disposable email accounts. I’m using Gravity Forms v1.7.2. Here’s a link to the page where I have the form: http://wellnessproposals.com/request-free-wellness-quotes/

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I sincerely thank you for creating this plugin and for making it available free of charge. This is exactly what I was looking for and it will solve a big problem I’ve been having with submissions from freemail accounts.
