  • The same thing happened to me, but only on a few of my comment pages. I have disabled the plugin for now but I hope someone can give a suggestion on how to fix this.

I went through all the settings and couldn’t find anything.

Did you have a link in the bottom right corner of our page saying mobile on/off? I did clicked it and it did nothing.

That url has caching active from what appears to be the WP Contact Form 7 plugin. You may want to manually delete all cached files from your server and devices then retest.

Ok…so that didn’t help…As stated above, there are no cached files….and there never has been caching activated. Sooo….

This issue still needs to be resolved.

Actually I tried something else and it worked….for now. I will need to find another plugin like wptouch.

Caching plugins and services tend to overwrite your desktop theme with posts and pages stored using your mobile theme (and vice-versa). Until caching software can recognize the theme being used, we offer support to assist you in disabling them from activating when mobile devices are detected. This will allow you to see your mobile theme on mobile devices and your desktop theme on desktop browsers as expected.

As caching has little to do with WPtouch, beyond providing guidelines for setup, we are unable to provide additional support for third-party products and services. If one caching plugin or service isn’t working well with your WordPress configuration, we recommend contacting the developer and/or trying another.

Thank you…Your answer my help some, but as stated on all my posts, I DO NOT HAVE ANY TYPE OF CASHING on my site. There are no plugins, services, software or otherwise.

    Hi,

If you’re not using any form of caching on your website, another possibility is that you entered custom user agents in the Advanced Options > Customer User-Agents section in the WPtouch admin panel.

Please check if that is the case and remove any desktop browser-related user agents and let us know if that helps resolve the issue. Thank you.
