I’m open to all suggestions.
How about at least one post or page? No theme looks good if there is absolutely nothing to see.
That’s a pretty harsh contrast between the blue and the white. Soften it out – and like referenced above, add some substantial text to see how a filled page looks.
Pick a navigation scheme and stick too it. Horizontal or vertical; not both.
Something tells me that anyone interested in Animation is going to want to see that reflected in your design. Either that or loads of original content. IMO.
Regarding the vivid background color, about 10 years ago someone made this comment to me:
“You don’t need to knock their eyes out with color in order to get their attention.”
While I greatly appreciate your comments, I could use a few hints ya know. Like a good color to use and for what parts.
Ok, I changed the banner and the sidebar.
Nice work, but:
The blue color would be better if it is as light as the header image.
The pages navigator (Home, About, Staff) is not catched by the eye for the 1st time visitor
The advertisemnt is empty or not working.
This is my style.. It may not work with everybody 😉
I would agree on the blue -it now looks too hard on the eye.
The bullet points look a bit utilitarian.
The pages navigator (Home, About, Staff) is not catched by the eye for the 1st time visitor
I got rid of that, does it look fine now? Should I make the banner the same color as the headings in the sidebar?
The advertisemnt is empty or not working
Oh, I plan to put some AdSense ads there.
