Page timestamps

I hope to include a timestamp on some pages that i will be editing. They are documentations and i would like people to be able to when when it was last updated. date and time will be great. it is displayed in WP Admin > Manage > Pages anyway, just need to know what to use to call that time and date into the page itself.
