• Has anyone else experienced confirmation emails not working when using an external payment processor?

    They work fine if I set the store to use a Test Gateway but when I use a real Payment Processor (in this case Payment Sense) the confirmation emails do not get sent – although everything else works fine.

    Am I missing something here?

    Hi Jockturner,

    Can you confirm the payment status that is set by your payment gateway? Emails are sent when the Payment Status is something that is “successful” – if it’s incomplete or denied or something like that, it won’t send.
