CCTM – Improving the Backend Interface (Theming)

Im working on a custom content type using CCTM by fireproofsocks. (https://code.google.com/p/wordpress-custom-content-type-manager/). One content type in particular has quite a few fields to it. As a result, when people are entering in content of this type, they will be doing quite a bit of scrolling due to the interface and possibly the way CCTM presents itself when adding content to custom types.

Is there anyway to improve my interface through an admin theme or some specfic “theme/templating” for the admin pages that CCTM generates?
