Fail to tweet when "&" in post_title

If there is “&” in post_title, this plugin will ignore the back of “&”.
I have following fixes tentatively, but but I need a more complete fix at next version._make_tweet_msg ()
preg_replace(‘/&/’, ‘%26’, strip_tags($post_title))
