Using role scoper to demo the admin area

I’ve just installed role scoper and it all looks pretty daunting.
I’m wanting to set up demo of the wordpress admin area and not sure if role scoper can do this.
So I would want to:
Modify the subscriber role so that they can pretty much view the entire wordpress admin area but are not allowed to edit posts or pages, edit plugins, add new plugins etc. Just so they can view everything but nothing gets saved.
Is this possible with role scoper?
