    It seems you have 500 Internal error which often happens because your website using memory more than it’s allowed.

    Things you may try:

    – Don’t use too many plugins
    – Disable File Change Detection (menu > Security > Intrusion Detection)
    – Don’t use this backup feature, but use backup from other plugin
    – Move to a better webhost that give users more memory
