    This plugin gives almost all I need. It is very simple use because it uses the similar idea of how to organize posts.
    Flexible because
    1) it provides html and php scripts
    2) combine as many different kinds of ads together as you want
    3) it calculates impression of each ads

    I like the organization ideas most
