Minor Alignment Issue with Radio Field

I have a minor alignment issue with a radio field that I can’t seem to troubleshoot. I have a form created that works great on this page of my development site:

The minor issue is the radio field for “Finally, please tell us if you are performing volunteer work for community service:” with yes or no as options.

No matter where I place this field on my form, the next field (in this case, my human captcha challenge) wants to creep up and wrap to the right. Any idea of how to fix it?

I do have the following in my css to make my checkboxes et al align in block style:
span.wpcf7-list-item { display: block; }
