• Hi!
I am using Affiliates with Woocommerce. Everything seems to be working fine as far as set up go. I have a test user that works great and an actual user that works great, with sign up. But all of my referrals are only associated with “Direct” not with an actual affiliate.

Also, I tried reading the documentation as to how to issue payments and such, and it told me to add a paypal email to my affiliates using affiliate attributes. but i have no options to add affiliate attributes. According to the documentation is should be located under affiliates->Manage Affiliates-> edit-> add attribute. But there are no affiliate attributes. And there is no option to add attributes.

So even when i can get the referrals to associate with an affiliate, im not quite sure how to pay the affiliate??

Thank you for any help you can provide
    -Alex

  • Hi,
are you using the affiliate link? (….?affiliate=XX)

Relating to edit affiliate, you must have a + green icon, and a text “New Attribute”

    cheers

Yes i am using the affiliate link. I used the test account to make sure of this.
For the editing, i have a green plus icon that says “New Affiliate” but none that says ” new attribute”

second: ok, you must have an affiliates list, and each affiliate must have a “pencil” icon, for edit it. Click the pencil to edit affiliate.

first. If you are using affiliate link, must work fine. If you want, you can send me, admin login to support at itthinx dot com, and I’ll take a look.

    cheers
