    According to Cyberchimps staff, their WordPress theme Business Lite requires custom coding for Buddypress profile fields to appear properly.

    The support there said that your site would require custom CSS to make it look right. They never said that it wasn’t compatible.

    Sounds like you gave a one star because you were just unhappy that no one provided you with free support. You should’ve asked here for support first before making a false claim.

    I am a paying customer who purchased Business Pro after the experience with Business Lite, and stand by my rating.

    But that’s the point. Your rating doesn’t make any sense. BuddyPress works with the theme, it just needs some styling. That’s pretty much common with all themes. ‘scratching head’
