Problems with specific tables in database after import

I have problem with my database, exactly with postmeta and options. When I enter dashboard of any optimization plugins, they look like they need optimization, but, what’s strange, it shows, that I can delete 4096 Kb in each of them, even if options is 2240 Kb and postmeta 512 Kb. And it is impossible to actually optimize, since after opt, it’s still the same.
I think it might be because of importing, ’cause I’ve recently moved my site on another server, and imported ‘everything’ using WordPress importer. How can I fix it? It’s annoying.
