  • Yep, same for me, since last week. I seem to have a 75% drop.

Usually, Google Analytics reports stats, lower than Jetpack and all other Stat Counters. So, when GA shows stats 75% higher than Jetpack, you know something has gone screwy.

Well, I am glad to see I am not the only one…

You’re not, there’s talk about this issue in other forums. And, it seems, looking back at older topics, in this thread, it’s been a reoccurring issue.
Jetpack’s been good, but if the issue isn’t fixed, then I’ll be turning off their stat report segment.

Right now Google Adsense stats have me at 700+ pageviews, today, whilst Jetpack report less then 320. Adsense, usually report 40% less than actual stats, as they never register visitors who block javascript, so I know my stats are higher than Jetpack are reporting.

@jmeeter Jetpack Stats seems to be properly working on your site. The tracking code is properly added, and in my tests, my visits were all recorded. You can check my test visits by looking at the search keywords used to reach your site today; all my visits were made using keywords starting with “site:http://www.electrojams.com/”

@lordiffy Jetpack Stats also seems to work properly on your site. The differences with other tracking services are to be expected: by default, Jetpack doesn’t track visits from logged in users like yourself, for example. We also do not track visits from bots.

I would recommend that you both set up Google Webmaster Tools on your site:

It could help you understand why the traffic dropped on your site in the past few weeks,
