Cant connect to server using Putty

    Hi,
    I followed the video for installing the plugin but stuck in the process with communicating with my server using the Putty. I have the IP and cpanel login of the domain but it says “Network error: Connection timed out”. Can you please help me to get through with the installation.

    What server are you trying to connect using ssh?

    You don’t need ssh access to install the plugin. Only administrative privileges on your WordPress deployment, or Super Admin if you have a multi-site.

    Once installed on wordpress, you can test it using the bigbluebutton values by default. If that works then you can try changing the URL and Shared Secret to the ones on your BBB server
