Updated to 3.4.1 and now it wont send

Hey,

We had everything set up on the site and then today there was an update, it was minor so I did not bother making a backup or anything before updating. Only now it never sends, it just has the little spinner spinning around and nothing ever happens. I need help or if someone has a backup of the old version that would do also.
