Can't send email to Administrator. Please try later

    I am getting the same error
    “Can’t send email to Administrator. Please try later”.

    Have installed private & public keys and have valid email address.

    Any help???

    I get this error message after submitting email

    Warning: mail() [function.mail]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The fifth parameter is disabled in SAFE MODE in /home/marrickv/public_html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-with-captcha/cfwc-form.php on line 51

    I have tried turning Safe Mode on same problem

    You have to contact your administrator as there seem to be issues very specific to you
