Language switcher not showing the correct hyperlinks

Hey! I am using your plug-in to manage a multi-language site and everything works great with the exception of the links displayed in the language switcher. On the main language when I mouse over the links, some of them display the correct link to the other languages pages, others don’t, and when I am at those languages the links are all incorrect. Even if I change the homepage in those languages, it keeps displaying the previous and incorrect ones.

Any idea of what is the problem?
