Hello again… I can’t seem to get into the support for pro, so I’m going to try here again. The reason I got the theme was that I thought that the sample page: http://demo.styledthemes.com/preference-free/# looked really nice AND it had what I thought were blog posts along the bottom. As I’m looking at it now, I’m not sure they are blog posts? Are they widgets? And if so… is it possible to have them be the blog posts?

Ideally, I’d like to be able to post a new post and then have it automatically turn into the thumbnail with abridged text at the bottom of the page.. Can you tell me if that is possible and if so, how do I set it up that way?

Thanks! Sorry to ask so many questions!

I just sent you an email reply… but if you still cannot get access, email me again and I will see what is happening. But, to follow up with your questions, correct, these are widgets with one in the Bottom 1, 2, 3, and 4 positions.

Unfortunately these are not blog posts, although I think there are some plugins that will do that which would load a blog posting widget that might simulate what you see on the demo site for Preference Lite and Pro.

I’ve seen some people get creative and used a thumbnail Recent Posts widget such as Recent Posts Plus (plugin). You can get almost any kind of layout with this one and you just might be able to achieve a similar look and style with it. You might have to do some custom css styling, but for this I don’t think it would be too much. To give you an idea of what this widget looks like, I am using it on my demo site for Encounters http://demo.styledthemes.com/encounters/blog/
