[Jetpack] Publicize Settings broken, wrong URLs and 404 Error

I’m having trouble using Jetpack Publicize. I need to connect a Facebook Page, but cannot and I believe the issue may be due to some 404 errors on the Jetpack front end side.

After connecting to Facebook, I receive no prompt to ask if I want to connect my Page or my Person. I checked to see if it was a script error, and alas – the Chrome console showed many 404 errors to both scripts and images. As expected, in the front end, there were no social media logos displayed and most things look like they would with broken CSS.

The path it’s looking for is incorrect. Looks like it’s adding a repeating subfolder:

I think that if you can help me figure out this path error, I’ll be able to solve the main issue – which is being unable to connect my Facebook Page.

Things I’ve tried:
– Re-saving my Permalinks settings
– Re-saving my General settings
