Server Error issue

    Hi,

    I’ve seen other people have had this issue, so hopeful that you can help resolve it.
    If the client chooses “Every Role”, and “Start Date” to “End Date”, this will generate a Server Error.
    We are using WP 3.5.1, with define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’) set in config – this is confirmed in the phpinfo() output.
    If you can advise what else to do, that would be great.

    If I don’t select a date range, I get a 500 error.

    If I do select a date range… I just get a white screen with nothing on it after I click Export.

    Where is the CSV file supposed to be?

    @sashen: it should normally start downloading the file automatically

    @aditron & @sashen: how many users do you have? what do you see in the php error log?

    Hi Ulrich – the site currently has 8,000 users, but we expect this to go up to 25,000.
    Due to the hosting arrangement, we don’t have ready access to the php server log, but I’ll see what I can do.

    Ok. I will try to optimise the plugin for a large number of users and get back to you in a few days.

    We have over 30,000 users. So, I’m looking forward to the upgrade.
