Alt attribute not showing on particular pages

    Hi all,

    I have a site with a custom template. The problem is that I give an alt attribute to an image via the media uploader built in WordPress and have tried adding code in functions.php, but without success… If I inspect an image, I can’t see the alt attribute… It is on an area where I use thumbnails via custom fields; they don’t get the alt. If I go to the image itself however, I can see it… How do I solve this?

    You need to switch back to Twenty Twelve theme and look for the alt tags. If they are there, it indicates that your theme or a plugin is stripping that.
