Greetings….first the bad news….the “Our Team” page you are referring to is actually on the Preference Pro demo website (for the Pro version). The good news, sort of, is that if you want that exact layout and style, it’s available on the Pro version.
If you decide you still want to use the Preference Lite, my best suggestion is to visit that Our Team page, look at the source code, then collect the html and the css.
