Watermark still appearing after license purchased and skin error

    Hi,
    I purchased a premium license to use on our website. I’ve added the key in the field, and selected Premium. However the JW Player watermark is still appearing on my player and if I select one of the alternative skins I get the following error – Skin could not be loaded:not a valid file type

    So far I have

    • Upgraded the plugin to the latest version
    • Cleared all caches in browsers (I’m testing on FF, Chrome, IE 8 and 9)
    • Tried creating a new player in the player manager

    Any help would be greatly appreciated
