How to remove "the date, time, by admin" underneath a post?

Dear all,

how can I remove the “the date” (“time” coming automatically with the date) and “by admin” underneath each post?

I am not using spun as a blog and so I’d prefer to not display this information.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
