Intrusion Detection doesn't honor Exclude list

    I have the same problem. I’m using WP Super Cache as well as a captcha plugin, and although I have these folders in my exclude list:

    wp-content/cache/
    wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/
    wp-content/cache/supercache/
    wp-content/advanced-cache.php
    wp-content/wp-cache-config.php
    wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_captcha/

    I get an email daily about how they’ve changed
