How do I move the logo over the menu? | WordPress.org

If you look at my site, http://hearthstone.no/
The menu is now above the logo.
I want to see how it looks with the menu below the logo.

Oh, ehm. I did make the style.css, so now I have to make a header.php the same way with just adding @import url(“../twentytwelve/header.php”); and do these changes in the new one?
