Plugin Update Error

    I have been doing well on my site. No problems installing, updating, adding plugins, nothing. Now today I see I have 1 update for a plugin so when I click on it I get this error:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 79 bytes) in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 937

    Have any of you seen this before?
