I have the same issue and have seen it posted on another site also. Seems to be very common. I sent the plugin author a contact message. Hopefully he will have a minute to let us know what we have in common on our sites that is causing the plugin not to work.

I heard from the author of this plugin. They were hired by answer.com to write it. Any support or bug fixes needs to come from answer.com. I emailed them.

Hi, Alex King here from Crowd Favorite. We are trying on behalf of Answers.com to fix this issue. Unfortunately we've been completely unable to reproduce this on any of our test servers.

Can any of you provide more details that could assist us in fixing this? In particular, the following information would be very useful:

    1. WordPress version
    2. Server Operating System (Windows, Linux, etc.)
    3. PHP Version

Thanks in advance for your help!

    WordPress 2.3.1

GoDaddy "deluxe" shared hosting - Linux

    PHP 5.1.4

Hope this helps you figure it out.

Is there any chance you could give us access to your server to see and debug this? Please let us know either way, we can try to open an account there if needed.
