Not doing the slick AJAX (Sent Mail) thing

Hello,

My contact form doesn’t do the slick AJAX thing. It’s a custom theme I purchased..

Would you be able to let me know where to plunk the “wp_head() and wp_footer()” code, if that is the problem with my theme.
