Plugin, Module, Automated quote request to businesses from asearch result

Good day,

I am looking foor a way for site visitors to fill in a search form. The search result are the businesses associated with the filters. Submitting sends an email with a quote request to the filtered business businesses. filtered with zipcode, offered services,date,availability and so on.

I would like to use existing plugins,as I don’t know to much of programming.

Please advise.
