WP theme validation service?

What’s to validate? If it passes the W3C html validation, and it displays the blog content the way you like it, you’re good.

Or did you mean checking for malicious code? Probably because it would be an overbearing effort, seeing as this is volunteer-driven. Same with plugins–nobody checks those.
