@diana986 – are you trying to set up WordPress on your local computer? If so, you need to install it in a server environment – see:

It’s not something you can run on your desktop like that. It’s a web server based application that isn’t really for your desktop.

You could run a local server on your PC or Mac but that’s typically for testing or development.

Hi diana986, Can you please tell me what browser you are using? Perhaps it’s internet explorer. So there might be some security setup, which is preventing you from downloading. Try to use firefox/Chrome browser. When popup box is seen, click on save (not run), and if another popup is seen telling you whether “allow access”/”deny access”, click on “allow access”. I think it will work for you.
